  1. User recognizes HorseVector.com is a subsidiary of TIPS of Oregon.
  2. By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, and all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to art media. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

2. Payment Processing

All HorseVector.com purchases utilize Paypal processing, and reflect payment to parent company, TIPS of Oregon.   HorseVector.com  /  TIPS of Oregon does not have access to your financial information.  You do not have to have a Paypal account to use Paypal.  Paypal accepts credit card payment.

3. Use License

  1. HorseVector.com / TIPS of Oregon vectors and clipart may be used for personal and limited commercial purposes of runs of 100 or fewer impressions.  You may not resell or give away the images as digital files, or as clipart or art prints that are to be duplicated.  You may not resell HorseVector.com / TIPS of Oregon files as part of another image package.
  2. If you wish to use a HorseVector.com/TIPS of Oregon image for mass production, please contact us for rates.  We will bill separately through Paypal.
  3. Designated free clipart may be used as stated on the page on which they are displayed.

4. Limited Liability and Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the vector and clipart products being offered, all vector and clipart sales through HorseVector.com / TIPS of Oregon are considered final, except in the cases of delivery error on our part, or an inability to access your files.  User agrees to hold HorseVector.com / TIPS of Oregon not liable for damages which are outside of our control, such as acts of nature, or the actions of third parties.

5. Third Party Links

HorseVector.com / TIPS of Oregon provides courtesy links to other online websites.  HorseVector.com / TIPS of Oregon may derive income as a result of purchases made to linked third parties.
